Sugarloaf Development’s Big Plans for Deerfield’s Center

Here is what has been approved to be built where the former Cumberland Farms store and parking lot are. The building goes right up to the sidewalk, and you’ll see there will be three new storefronts and 12 apartments upstairs. This is such a major development and a fantastic positive step forward for our little towne!!

The best part of this is the additional apartments in the town center. We haven’t had any new housing here in a very long time and no apartments at all. These are not going to be large apartments, but they will serve many people very well. They are a mix of one-bedroom and studio apartments on the top two floors.
