Did You Know You Needed to Get a Visa to Visit All of These Countries?

kid-visaI remember last year when I got invited to India and needed to get a visa.  It was a long and trying process, it involved sending in an application and then I was told by the Indian officials that they needed me to come to New York to explain to them why we had published articles that they didn’t like about India.

Well I solved the problem by sending them stories they did like, and got the visa. Then I broke my foot and I had to cancel the trip…but I never got any money back for the visa which cost me $140.

Is there a better way to get a visa?  Yes apparently there is. It’s Evisaasia.com, which says it simplifies visas for anyone. Not just Asians.  This website is for people who are traveling to countries in Asia who need a visa.

The site is pretty, with large photos submitted by people who have gotten visas..surprisingly artistic for a service site like this…and it has a very clean design that makes it look easy.  You select where you want to go and then you can find out whether your country requires you to get a visa.  You can also visit this link for a list of which countries Americans need to have a visa to visit.
