Madison Beach Hotel in Connecticut: Tonight’s Lodging

We are heading to the Connecticut shore tonight to enjoy a night at this wonderful beachfront hotel in the tony village of Madison.  I only know it from its name, Hilton, and that I’ve been wanting to explore this part of the state for many years.

Mary and I will set off for the short drive this morning, after a few errands in Northampton, and hope to get there by early afternoon.  There is a nearby state park, Hammonasset beach and a bike path. I hope we can get some bikes at the hotel and cruise the path, enjoy the ocean sounds and tonight eat seafood and relax.
